FAQ

How many sessions of massage should I have?

Usually, you can feel the benefits of massage from the first treatment.

It is always more effective to have a course of the treatments, which will depend on your needs.

We will discuss your treatment plan at the first appointment and will schedule sessions if necessary.

Massage and alcohol?

It is NOT advisable to have a massage treatment the next day after alcohol intake due to the body dehydration.

Strictly NO massage treatments will be given to a person under alcohol influence.

Can I eat before treatment?

I would advise you to have the treatment at least one or better two hours after the last meal.

Are you giving massage to male clients?

I am a massage therapist, therefore working with both male and female clients.

Do I have to take off all the clothes for a massage session?

You will need to take clothes off only for the parts of the body where treatment will be given.

For example, for full body massage, it would be preferable to have all clothes off apart from the underwear. Women may consider taking off the bra for better access to the back.

To change, you will be left on your own in the room and have enough time to undress and get comfortable on the massage table covered by towels.

The genitals and brests will not be uncovered at any time of the treatment.

Is there is any reason why I shouldn’t have a massage?

Massage treatment gives a lot of the benefits to your body and your health. However, if you have any medical health conditions you should consult with your doctor before the treatment.

Including but not limited to:

  • Fever, Cold, Flu
  • Recent operations or acute injuries
  • Neuritis
  • Skin diseases
  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol – including prescription pain medication

Are you giving massage for pregnant women?

Unfortunately, I don’t have a prenatal massage certificate, so I can not and am not giving any massage treatments to pregnant customers.

Please have a look at my service page to see what massage therapy I am qualified to perform.
